- Order Status: Once your payment is confirmed, I’ll send you a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date. For updates, reply to that email or contact me directly.
- Shipping Issues: Shipping typically takes 5-14 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived, let me know, and I’ll track it for you.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll arrange a solution (see Returns & Refunds below).
- Custom Orders: For questions about custom pieces, reach out to discuss availability, pricing, and timelines.
#3 Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final unless your artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
- To request a replacement or refund, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. I’ll respond promptly to resolve it.
