Welcome to my art shop! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of artwork from me and your use of this website https://davidleeWilliamson.com. By making a purchase or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Artwork Purchases
- Availability: All artwork is subject to availability. I reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse a sale for any reason.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping costs or taxes unless stated otherwise. I may change prices at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. I accept PayPal and credit cards. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping: I will ship your artwork to the address you provide within 5-14 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless specified otherwise. I am not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

2. Returns and Refunds
- Policy: Due to the unique nature of my artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
- Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, at my discretion.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: I do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a purchase.

3. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to my artwork, even after purchase. You are buying the physical piece (or digital file, if applicable), not the rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it.
- Personal Use Only: Artwork is for personal enjoyment only. You may not reproduce, sell, or use my work commercially without my written permission.

4. Use of This Website
- Accuracy: I strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of my artwork, but colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, or materials.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not use this site to harass, spam, or infringe on my rights or those of others.

5. Limitation of Liability
- I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of my artwork or this website, to the extent permitted by law.
- My total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the artwork.

6. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this site or purchases after changes means you accept the new Terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of "Texas, USA”. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
